Approval Process
Our Director of Risk Management and his team evaluates the loan application in accordance with the lending strategy of the Fund. If the loan application is approved by the Director, it will be presented to the Independent Credit Committee.
Each and every loan granted by Azur Capital must be approved by the Independent Credit Committee which is composed of four independent members with expertise in real estate development and real estate lending.
